The percentage of women decreases as a position gets more senior

Though women outnumber men on US payrolls, holding more than 50% of jobs, they continue to remain significantly underrepresented in senior roles. LeaderMom was created to fix the pipeline from the inside out through organizational engagements and membership development.

One reason for the gender-pay gap and limited women in leadership roles

More than 75% of mothers in the US work full-time and 40% of US mothers are the sole breadwinners in families with children. Yet, so few of those working mothers are in leadership. We offer one-on-one coaching to develop female talent, so high-performing women can remain in their roles.

Working women are twice as likely to run household than male counterparts

And, three times more likely to manage their children’s schedules, and eight times more likely to require time off to care for a sick child. LeaderMom works to support these working mothers by increasing their capacity, skills, and joy through manageable, digestible skill-building experiences.
