Nasheela is a leadership consultant with clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, professional services, and technology industries, with over 15 intense years of experience in leadership development. From analyses to coaching, Nasheela couples her experience as a leader with deep knowledge to help clients develop creative solutions and strengthen their effectiveness. Her approach is undergirded by training in human rights, a lived multi-national perspective, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. She has built learning and development functions and processes within several major institutions.
Additionally, she has extensive experience with team and organizational development, business strategy development, leadership and management development, performance management, talent reviews, employee surveys, and learning technologies. Prior to her role with LeaderMom / Whole Leader, Nasheela was the Global Head of Learning and Organizational Development for Institutional Securities and Banking; in addition to leading Citi Early Career learning and development at Citi Group. Over her career, Nasheela has held similar global roles at BlackRock, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
Nasheela graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in International Relations, with a focus on human rights. She is certified as a qualified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Personnel Decisions International (PDI) Profiler. Outside of work, Nasheela is passionate about her family, philanthropy, traveling, and reading.
